Order and account- How can I place an order? Go to the product page you are interested in. Proceed with a quick checkout using the buttons (you will only purchase that product in the chosen quantity, without the possibility of inserting a discount coupon), or put it in the cart. From the cart then choose the payment method you prefer. Remember to use a discount if you have it. - I want to change my order! How can I do? Shipping- What are the shipping costs? Shipping is always free in Italy - What are the delivery times? Your purchase will be shipped the day after your order. Products- What is my belt size? We recommend that you read the "size guide" page carefully. - Can I request a custom-made belt? Yes, it is possible. Contact us and we'll see what we can do. - How can I take care of my belt? Only use products specific to the type of leather your belt is made of. Do not wash in water; To maintain its properties, the leather does not undergo a water-repellent treatment (unless expressly specified). If a light white patina appears, due to the natural tanning of the leather, rub gently with a soft cloth. - My belt sagged after a few days of use. It's normal? Yes, it's normal. When you sit down the trousers drop in the back and pull the belt with them. Real leather is elastic and tends to take the shape of your body and its positions. - Where are your belts produced and with what materials? Everything is made in Italy. The hides are tanned in Italy. The buckles are manufactured in Italy using excellent quality hypoallergenic materials. The belts are then produced by Italian artisans near Modena. |
